2017 All-Area Boys' Cross Country Team

Delaney placed 13th at the Class 4 state meet (16:28, all-state), 7th in Region 4C (16:49) and won the Class 4 Northwestern District meet (16:03). Delaney placed 6th in the “Challenge” division at the Carlise Invitational in 15:41 (season PR).

Wood — Junior

Arce placed 29th at the Region 4C meet (17:48) and 7th in the Class 4 Northwestern District (17:02). Arce placed 71st in 17:01 (season PR) at the Third Battle Invitational.

Christian Arellano

Sherando — Sophomore

Arellano placed 25th at the Class 4 state meet (16:52, season PR), 14th in Region 4C (17:09) and 6th in the Class 4 Northwestern District (16:56).

Nick Dawson

Clarke — Junior

Dawson placed 8th at the Class 2 state meet (16:47), 6th in Region 2B (16:46, season PR) and 3rd in the Bull Run District (17:07).

Konyar placed 49th at the Region 4C meet (18:33) and 4th in the Class 4 Northwestern District (16:48). Konyar placed 34th in 16:27 (season PR) at the Third Battle Invitational.

Grayson Westfall

Westfall placed 18th at the Region 4C meet (17:20) and 8th in the Class 4 Northwestern District (17:10). Westfall placed 77th in 17:05 (season PR) in the “Challenge” division at Carlisle (Pa.) Invitational.
