All-Region 4C Volleyball

Millbrook sophomore outside hitter Tori Johnson was named the Player of the Year and Millbrook’s Carla Milton was named the Coach of the Year as part of the All-Region 4C volleyball selections that were released on Thursday.

Johnson and Milton led the Pioneers to the Region 4C championship this year, the first for the program in school history, as well as the Class 4 Northwestern District regular season and tournament titles. Millbrook lost to Loudoun County on Tuesday in the Class 4 state semifinals to end the year 22-5.

 

Johnson was joined on the first team by Millbrook junior outside hitter Abigail Koeller.

Pioneers senior middle blocker Alexis Weir, Handley senior outside hitter Maggie Wise and James Wood junior outside hitter Jessica Putnam were selected to the second team.
