WINCHESTER — Handley dropped only six games in defeating James Wood in a Northwestern district matchup Tuesday at the Judges’ Slaughter Tennis Pavilion.

The Judges (1-0, 1-0 Northwestern District) received singles wins from Parker Wilson (10-2 at No. 2 over Evan Dokken), Carter Watts (10-1 at No. 2), Cole Pawlak (10-1 at No. 3), Will Niessner (10-1 at No. 4), Tabor Thwing (10-0 at No. 5) and Matt Pointer (10-0 at No. 6).

James Wood is now 1-1 overall and 0-1 in the district.
