HARRISONBURG — James Wood suffered its first loss of the season as Harrisonburg won five of six singles matches on Thursday.
No. 2 Noah Borromeo (10-3) was the lone singles winner for the Colonels (2-1).
James Wood swept the doubles with triumphs from No. 1 Evan Dokken and Borromeo (11-10, 7-4 tiebreaker), No. 2 Jacob Calabrese and Austin Harney (10-5) and No. 3 Jacob Potter and Trent Richards (10-3).
