Girls’ Tennis: Warriors 6, Colonels 3
WINCHESTER — A sweep of all three doubles matches helped Sherando claim a road win over James Wood Tuesday.
The Warriors were led by the teams of No. 1 Sarah Wolfe and Katelyn Schell (10-6), No. 2 Aly Myers and Kelly Schrader (10-8) and No. 3 Emily Pyne and Kirsten Bianco (10-10, 8-6).
The Colonels recorded all three of their wins in singles behind No. 2 Tarah Wampler (10-7), No. 4 Rachel Sours (10-8) and No. 6 Ashley Hillyard (10-4).
