Girl's Tennis: Colonels 7, Warriors 2
WINCHESTER — James Wood took four of six singles sets and swept all three doubles matches in a home win over Sherando Monday.
The Colonels were led by Fae Schweitzer (10-0, No. 1), Ashley Hillyard (10-6, No. 3), Katie Schott (11-9, No. 4) and Allie Cooper (10-5, No. 5) in singles.
Abigale Luken (10-10 (8-6), No. 2) and Haley Zeise (10-4, No. 6) recorded singles wins for the Warriors.
