BEALETON — Trailing 4-1, Liberty erupted for six runs in the bottom of the fifth to knock off James Wood in Class 4 Northwestern District action.
Pitcher LC Smith blasted a grand slam in the outburst for the Eagles. She also allowed just five hits and four runs (1 earned) over 6.2 innings.
