BOYS’ TRACK AND FIELD - Pioneers win tri-meet

WINCHESTER — Millbrook scored 70 points to defeat James Wood (60) and Mountain View Christian Academy (1) in a tri-meet at Kelican Stadium on Wednesday.

Cameron Faint led the Pioneers by winning both the 110 hurdles (14.9) and 300 hurdles (40.8) and tying for first in the high jump (5-4).

Tyler Russell won two events for Millbrook (the shot put, 40-9 and the discus, 128-3) and others who won for the Pioneers were Antwon Rodgers (long jump, 19-7 3 / 4 ), Kevin Kleinegger (1,600, 4:57.20), the 4x100 team of Josh Davis, Faint, Will Martin and Rodgers (45.5) and the 4x400 team of KeSean Brown, Davis, Daniel Ludwig and Martin (3:42.70).

For James Wood, Ryan Rupp won the 200 (24.4) and 400 (54.2). Other winners were Donte Henry (triple jump, 40-0), the 4x800 team of Max Lindquist, Jace Chipman, Tyler Ostinato and Jacksen Costa (11:58.40), Cody Dahlinger (100, 11.6), Lindquist (800, 2:09) and Kevin Konyar (3,200, 11:11.4).

The JWAA monthly meeting is held every first Monday of the month. The meeting time starts at 6:00 PM and is held in the school's library. All members are welcomed.
