Area athletes take advantage of opportunity

WINCHESTER -- It was the last chance for several area tracksters to qualify for their district, region, and state meets Friday at Millbrook High School, and athletes from several area schools came through with photo finishes.
Millbrook, James Wood and Skyline all had athletes or relay teams qualify for postseason meets, and schools like Clarke County, despite not qualifying any new athletes, gained experience against tough competition just days away for its district meet.
