PURCELLVILLE — James Wood made 34 of 45 free throws and outscored Woodgrove 32-17 in the second half to win in Conference 21 West action on Tuesday.

The Colonels (2-0, 1-0 Conference 21 West) made 27 more free throws than field goals (seven). Woodgrove made only 6 of 12 from the line.
