James was second in the area in scoring (14.6) and led in field goal percentage (65.7). He was the Northwestern District Player of the Year, the Region 4C Co-Player of the Year and a First Team VHSL All-State Selection.

Jalen Tyson

Millbrook — Senior

Center

Led the area in scoring (15.5) and was third in rebounding (7.9) and fourth in shooting percentage (54.1). He was a First Team All-Northwestern District and First Team All-Region 4C selection.

Sam Wise

Handley — Senior

Guard

Handley’s point guard, who is headed to Washington & Lee to play college basketball, led the area in assists (5.3) and was second in steals (2.2) while averaging 8.7 points per game. Was a First Team All-Northwestern District selection and Second Team All-Region 4C pick.

Millbrook — Senior

Guard

The versatile Thomas was fourth in the area in scoring (12.1), third in free throw percentage (77.4), fourth in 3-point percentage (33.7), fifth in assists (2.3) and eighth in rebounding (5.3). He was a Second Team All-Northwestern District selection.

Tyson Long

Handley — Senior

Guard

An excellent defender, Long also averaged 9.2 points per game for the Judges. He led the area in free throw percentage (84.3) and was third in steals (2.0). He was a Second Team All-Northwestern District selection.
