Girl's Basketball defeats Handley

Winchester — Jamie Carr called three timeouts in the third quarter Tuesday night, imploring his James Wood High School girls’ basketball team to get back to the unselfish offense that allowed the Colonels to build a 15-point lead.
When the team huddled after the third quarter, Carr’s point finally sank in.
But it had nothing to do with the coach’s words.
