STRASBURG- James Wood broke a 26-26 halftime tie by outscoring Strasburg 16-10 in the third quarter, and the Colonels went on to win the consolation of the Northern Virginia Daily Classic Thursday at Strasburg High School.

James Wood (5-3) was led by Shannan Thorne (nine points, 23 rebounds), Sarah Callaham (10 points, six assists) and Katelyn Pennington (five points, six steals).
