Outlook: Emalee Firestein is the reigning girls’ swimmer of the year for The Winchester Star, but the Colonels have already proven they’re more than Firestein, who placed 15th in the 200 free and 17th in the 500 free at the Group AA/A meet last year. James Wood defeated Handley for the first time under Pennypacker Friday night. big reason is the influx of some talented freshmen.
