WINCHESTER — Three-time defending Class 4 state champion James Wood opened its high school volleyball season with a 3-0 (25-9, 25-14, 25-9) win over Fauquier on Thursday.
The Colonels will host the Champions Classic Tournament that starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
