FRONT ROYAL — Millbrook won the Northwestern District cheerleading meet by 23.5 points Tuesday at Skyline High School.
The Pioneers scored 229 points. Sherando placed second (205.5), James Wood placed third (198), Handley placed fourth (194) and Skyline placed fifth (165.5).
