FRONT ROYAL- Marissa Maddalena scored 40 seconds in and James Wood never looked back in a Northwestern District win Monday night at Skyline.
Maddalena also had an assist in a five-goal first-half for Wood.
Sarah Callaham had a goal and two assists for the Colonels (3-2-2, 1-1-1 Northwestern), and Katy Spencer and Dulcie Kysela each added a goal and an assist.
Cat Woznak, Marissa Messer and Nancy Riggleman also scored a goal apiece.
Kaleigh Fincham posted her third straight shutout.
