FRONT ROYAL — Emily Denton had a hat trick in the first half on the way to a five-goal game as James Wood hammered Skyline in Northwestern District play.
The Colonels (5-5) led 3-1 at halftime and pulled away in the second half. Neary Casebolt added two goals in the second half. Katie Padgett and Hannah Moszak netted a goal each. Casebolt and Padgett had two assists, while Maddie Myers and Moszak added one. Keeeper Claire Beccaccio had five saves.
