WINCHESTER — Millbrook defeated James Wood for its first Class 4 Northwestern District win of the season on Thursday night.
The Pioneers were led by Katie Douglas (one goal, one assist). Hannah Amos, Evie Esslinger and Rachel Keeler each scored goals for Millbrook, and Ali Devart and Abigail Forrest added assists. Jordan Baer recorded her first shutout of the year and recorded three saves for the Pioneers, who had six shots.
