Bolin begins a new history with win over Sherando
In the first moment he was able to take a deep breath Friday night, Mike Bolin leaned back against the outside of the visitors’ locker room at Sherando High School and peered skyward.
“I guess they had some extra fireworks,” the first-year James Wood coach said, as a flurry of bursts exploded above Arrowhead Stadium.
The fireworks weren’t part of the Colonels’ victory celebration, but they sure told the story of the 17-14 thriller.
