FRONT ROYAL — James Wood scored three runs in the fifth inning for a 5-1 lead and went on to defeat Skyline on Thursday.
The Colonels (11-4) saw their deficit cut to 5-3 in the sixth but they tacked on another run in the seventh for a 6-3 lead.
