WINCHESTER — Millbrook captured the Northwestern District cheerleading competition with 226 points on Tuesday at Handley’s Maddex-Omps Gymnasium.
James Wood took second with 196 points, Skyline was third with 177.5, Handley was fourth with 169 and Sherando was fifth with 148.5.
