James Wood Nets Volleyball Triumph

FRONT ROYAL — James Wood defeated Skyline in a Northwestern District volleyball match Thursday 3-0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-23).
Taylor Heishman led the Colonels (10-4, 2-1 Northwestern) with 13 kills, and Leilani Burch had eight kills. Abby Fergus had 12 assists, and Caleigh Haskiell had 10 assists and four digs.
