2017 All-Area Girls' Cross County Team

Kenzie Konyar

Wood — Sophomore

Konyar placed 8th at the Class 4 state meet (19:14, all-state), 3rd in Region 4C (19:26) and 2nd in the Class 4 Northwestern District (18:52). Konyar placed 5th in 18:27 (season PR) at the Third Battle Invitational.

Madison Webster

Clarke — Junior

Webster placed 13th at the Class 2 state meet (20:17, all-state) and won the Region 2B (19:37, season-best 5K time) and Bull Run District (19:38) meets. Webster took second in the three-mile Central Invitational (18:59).

Skylar Bragg

Clarke — Junior

Bragg placed 4th at the Class 2 state meet (19:41, all-state) and 2nd in Region 2B (19:50). Bragg placed 28th in 19:30 (season PR) at the Third Battle Invitational.

Kaycee Cox-Philyaw

Millbrook — Junior

Cox-Philyaw placed 53rd at the Class 4 state meet (21:07), 8th in Region 4C (20:04) and 5th in the Class 4 Northwestern District (19:45). Cox-Philyaw placed 27th in 19:31.6 (season PR) at the Third Battle Invitational.

Blake placed 3rd at the Class 4 Northwestern District meet (season PR of 19:21). Blake placed 5th in 19:34 at the Carlisle (Pa.) Invitational for her second best time.
