MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Handley's Tom Delaney (17:46), Chris Arslan (18:11) and Jim Thomson (18:32) took the top three spots as the Judges' boys defeated James Wood and host Martinsburg (W.Va.) in a double-dual Wednesday.

Handley edged Wood 22-35 and beat Martinsburg 17-46. The Colonels topped the Bulldogs 18-45.

Joe Davet (4th, 18:43), Danny Aldstadt (5th, 18:56) and Jake Carpenter (7th, 19:07) led James Wood.

In the girls' race, the Judges squeaked past Martinsburg 27-28 and defeated the Colonels 23-30.

Yiyang Wang (5th place, 24:51), Caroline Crowe (6th, 25:38), Scarlett Hutchins (7th, 25:45) and Zucely Elvira (8th, 26:08) turned in the Handley's top times.

James Wood's Samantha Ratcliffe won the race with a time of 23:28.
