FRONT ROYAL — Sherando dominated the first Northwestern District mini tournament of the season with a winning margin of 53 strokes on Tuesday on the White and Blue nines of Shenandoah Valley Golf Club.

Led by co-individual champions Brett Loy and Josh Bianco (2-over 73 each), Sherando recorded a four-player score of 312. Others who had counting scores were Jonah Pearson (fourth overall with an 80) and Ryan Judy (ninth with an 86).

James Wood and Millbrook tied for second with a 365. The Colonels’ Tyler Mounts placed sixth with an 84 while the Pioneers’ Tyler Holtsclaw tied for seventh with an 85.

Led by Lauren Sims (75 for third), Skyline placed fourth (367). Maddie Neff tied for seventh with an 85 and led Handley (fifth with a 371).
