Handley defeats Wood in golf dual

WINCHESTER — After tying James Wood on the Colonels’ home course on Monday, the Handley golf team defeated James Wood 149-166 on the Judges’ home course, the Winchester Country Club, on Tuesday.

Handley’s Jackson Bouder earned medalist honors by one stroke with a 1-under 35.

Other Handley scorers: Sam Thome, Jag Fitzsimmons 36 each; Dash Fitzsimmons 42.

James Wood scorers: Brayden Rockwell 37; Jake Bursey 40; Lauren Van Horn 44; Ian Longo 45.
