James Wood places second at FSCC tri

WARRENTON — James Wood placed second in a tri golf match on Tuesday, finishing with a four-person score of 169 on the front nine (par 34) at Fauquier Springs Country Club.

James Wood senior Brayden Rockwell was a co-medalist with a score of 37, tying Fauquier’s Aidan Brennan for the lowest score of the day. Fauquier won the tri match by seven strokes, finishing with a 162.

Skyline placed third with a team score of 172.
