FRONT ROYAL- Sherando captured the second Northwestern District mini tournament by 11 strokes with a four-player score of 313 Tuesday at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club.

Kolby Madigan led the Warriors with a 5-over 76 on the White and Blue nines. Chris Slater shot a 77 and Cory Hammons and Cameron Wiseman each shot 80s.

Led by individual champion Kyle Hevner (74), James Wood took second with a 324. Millbrook was third with a 330, Skyline was fourth with a 364 and Handley was fifth with a 367.

The Colonels were also led by Will Holmes, who tied for third overall with a 76.

Millbrook's Grace Eisenhauer (75) finished one stroke behind Hevner to take second overall, and teammate Matt Fazenbaker shot a 77 to tie for fifth overall.

Handley was led by Ted Gronauer, who shot an 88.
