Wood Rallies Past Kettle Run In Volleyball

NOKESVILLE — The James Wood volleyball team routed Kettle Run in the fourth game and went on to a 3-2 (20-25, 25-17, 24-26, 25-12, 15-10) victory on Thursday night.
Megan Hillyard led the Colonels (2-0) with 32 assists and eight digs. Taylor Heishman and Jessica Putnam added nine kills each and Leilani Burch and Kaitlyn Poppo had eight digs each.
