James Wood nets 3-1 win over Kettle Run

NOKESVILLE — The James Wood volleyball team stayed unbeaten in Class 4 Northwestern District play with a 3-1 (19-25, 25-12, 27-25, 25-14) win over Kettle Run on Wednesday.

The Colonels (4-0, 2-0 district) were led by Gillian Kleiderlein (13 kills), Jessica Putnam (10 kills, seven aces), Yeakley Pullen (19 digs) and Taylor Robinson (eight kills).
