WINCHESTER — James Wood improved to 15-5 overall and 9-1 in the Class 4 Northwestern District by beating Liberty by the scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-8 on Thursday.

James Wood held its Dig Pink event for the Side-Out Foundation on Thursday. Colonels coach P.W. Hillyard did not have complete numbers, but he said James Wood raised more than $2,500 before the match had started.
