Winchester — Cady Schaffer had 11 digs and six aces, Carly Mullin dished 21 assists, and the James Wood High School volleyball team swept visiting Washington (W.Va.) 25-11, 25-11, 25-17 in a non-district match Tuesday night.

Megan Crabtree led the Colonels (4-3) with eight kills, while Hannah Tierney added seven.

Tierney led the team with two blocks, and Crabtree added five aces.

James Wood visits Sherando for the first Northwestern District match of the season tonight at 6:30.
