Volleyball: Colonels 3, Cougars 0

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va.- Tarah Wampler had nine aces and eight digs to lead James Wood to a 25-12, 25-10, 25-4 win against Jefferson (W.Va.) Tuesday.

Also leading the Colonels (5-1) were Kate Houser (eight kills), Ashley Hillyard (15 assists) and Catherine Legge (one block).
