Wood bounces back with win

WARRENTON- The James Wood volleyball team improved to 7-4 with a 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-18) non-district sweep of Fauquier Thursday night.

The Colonels were led by Emilee Payne (26 assists), Katie Houser (12 kills), Kelby Jackson (15 digs), Catherine Legge (three blocks) and Erica Hepner (two aces).

James Wood will next play Millbrook at 7 p.m. next Tuesday.
