Changes could be ahead for schools

There could be a lot of changes coming in area high school sports over the next few years, including more classifications.

The upcoming basketball season will be ringing in the first of those changes as Group AA joins Group A in going to divisions in the sport. James Wood athletic director Craig Woshner said he isn't sure if Region II has decided how to handle determining who will make the playoffs yet. Woshner said he is not in favor of going to divisions in basketball.
