Baseball: Tigers 13, Colonels 10

NOKESVILLE — Brentsville used a 7-run fourth inning to defeat James Wood 13-10 in Tuesday night’s Northwestern District game.

The Tigers put together four hits and capitalized on four walks in the seven-run fourth inning.

James Wood scored six runs in the top of the sixth to cut Brentsville’s lead to 13-10, but that was as close as they Colonels (4-2, 4-1 Northwestern) could get.

The Colonels’ Brandon Sinecoff went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer and Brock Lockhart went 2-for-3 with a double.
