WINCHESTER -- Niko Bobadilla was solid through five innings, striking out six batters and putting his team in position for the win. James Wood's bullpen wasn't able to hold on for the win, however, as Fauquier scored eight runs in the final three innings to come away with a 9-8 victory Tuesday.

"Through four innings it was one of the better games played on our field," James Wood coach Jared Mounts said. "We executed small ball and Niko did a great job pitching against a great team. We just didn't close it out."
