Baseball: Falcons 6, Colonels 2
Warrenton — Fauquier senior pitcher Forrest Drake struck out nine to lead the Falcons to a non-district win over James Wood Friday night.
James Wood scored a run in the first and one in the seventh as the Colonels’ record fell to 2-15.
Brock Lockhart went 2 for 4 and scored a run, and Scott Johnson went 2 for 3 for the Colonels.
Addison Barber (0-2) struck out one, and walked two through five innings.
