Baseball: Patriots 7, Colonels 2

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va.- Washington (W.Va.) scored five runs in the first and handed James Wood a non-district loss Tuesday.

The Colonels (2-3) were led by Frank Minor (1 for 1 with a double and two walks) and Daniel Garber and Scott Johnson, who each went 1 for 3 with an RBI. Garret Cunningham (1-1) took the loss.
