Sherando Boys’ Soccer Tops Wood, 2-0

WINCHESTER — Tommy Buono and Tyler Morris each scored a goal to lift the Sherando boys’ soccer team to a 2-0 win over James Wood in both team’s Northwestern District opener Thursday.

The Warriors outshot James Wood 12-1.

The Warriors (5-1, 1-0 Northwestern) also got assists from Morris and Andrew Wade in the win over the Colonels (2-3-1, 0-1).
