Northwestern District may be more balanced than ever

WINCHESTER — No one could find a way to beat the Handley High School boys’ soccer team during last year’s Northwestern District regular season. A team emerging without a loss this year might be an even more impressive feat. As last year’s postseason proved, the competition is fierce at the top of the district.
