WINCHESTER — Chris Garcia had a trick and scored on a penalty kick with five minutes left to help James Wood tie Kettle Run in a Class 4 Northwestern District action on Thursday. The Colonels (7-4-1, 3-4-1 district) led 3-1 at one point in the second half.
