Outlook: Lewis, who coached the James Wood boys during the 1995 and 1996 seasons, said things have definitely changed since he last coached the Colonels.
“We couldn’t compete with the top schools back then,” said Lewis, whose team’s 2-1 mark includes a 6-3 loss to Handley. “When I first met with the team, the first thing they mentioned was they beat Handley last year.”
