Jack Volinsky — Handley — Junior
Volinsky recorded a 19-3 record at No. 1 singles, winning the Northwestern District title and advancing to the Region 4C semifinals. For the second consecutive season, Volinsky advanced to the state semifinals in doubles, this time with new partner Mercer Love. Volinsky had a 20-2 mark in doubles and teamed with Love to win the Northwestern District and Region 4C titles.
Mercer Love — Handley — Sophomore
Love finished 16-2 at No. 2 singles with his only losses coming in the postseason. Teamed with partner Jack Volinsky to win the Northwestern District and Region 4C doubles titles. They advanced to the state semifinals. Finished win an 18-2 record in doubles.
James Gullett — Handley — Sophomore
A transfer from Texas, Gullett made an immediate impact, going 15-1 at primarily No. 3 singles for the Judges, who advanced to the Class 4 quarterfinals. He had a 9-1 doubles mark, teaming primarily with Daniel Botros at No. 2 doubles.
Daniel Botros — Handley — Freshman
In his first varsity season, Botros made a huge impact going 14-2 while primarily playing at No. 4 singles. He had a 10-1 doubles mark, teaming mostly with James Gullett at No. 2 doubles.
Max Thwing — Handley — Senior
Thwing was the only Handley player to record an unbeaten season in singles, going 16-0 at No. 5. Playing No. 3 doubles mostly with Garrett Felix, he recorded a 12-1 mark.
Noah Borromeo — James Wood — Senior
Borromeo finished the season with a 13-5 record for the Colonels at No. 1 singles. Three of those losses came against Handley’s Jack Volinsky. Borromeo was the Northwestern District runner-up in singles and advanced to Region 4C competition.
Nathan Wiens — Millbrook — Senior
Wiens spent time both at No. 1 and No. 2 singles during the season for the Pioneers, who finished second in the Northwestern District and advanced to Region 4C play. Teamed with Drake Wilfong to place second in the district in doubles as they advanced to regional play.
