GIRLS’ SOCCER: Colonels 6, Hawks 0

FRONT ROYAL — Cat Woznak had a goal and two assists, as visiting James Wood rolled past Skyline on Monday night.

Sara Michael and Marissa Messer scored three minutes apart in the first half to put the Colonels (6-8) ahead.

Brianna York, Katy Spencer and Sarah Callahan joined Woznak with second-half goals.

Callahan, Stacy Kline, Anna Shenk and Kim Lakin also had assists.

Kaleigh Fincham recorded her fifth shutout of the season.
