Girl's Tennis: Warriors 6, Colonels 3
STEPHENS CITY — Sherando won four of six singles matches to defeat James Wood in a Northwestern District match Thursday.
The Warriors received singles wins from Sarah Wolfe (10-1 at No. 1), Aly Myers (10-7 at No. 2), Katelyn Schell (10-3 at No. 3) and Karen Cornejo (11-9 at No. 6).
James Wood received singles wins from Rachel Sours (10-7 at No. 4) and Kelsey Nicely (10-7 at No. 5).
