FRONT ROYAL — Skyline took advantage of five errors by James Wood en route to a Northwestern District shutout victory over the Colonels Tuesday night.
Lani Spielman went 2 for 3 with a pair of doubles, and Kaleigh Haskiell went 1 for 1 for James Wood.
Colonels pitcher Lauren King allowed five hits and struck out nine in the complete-game loss.
