FRONT ROYAL — Lauren King allowed just three hits and struck out eight in the Colonels’ 11-0 non-district softball shutout over Warren County on Monday.
Courteney Harper went 2 for 4 with a double and drove in three runs, and Lindsey Anderson went 2 for 3 with a double, a triple and two RBIs for the Colonels (6-2).
James Wood’s Lani Spielman went 2 for 4, and teammate Haley Kaiser added an RBI triple.
