BERRYVILLE — Lauren King tossed a two-hitter as James Wood (8-2) swept the season series against Clarke.

King struck out 10 in the triumph.

Alyssa Brown and Lani Spielman each went 2 for 4 with a double. Courteney Harper added a solo homer.

Molly Lanham went 1 for 2, and Kendall Benoit went 1 for 3 for the Eagles (5-4). Clarke pitcher Megan Hicks (2-3) struck out three in the loss.
